New Storybook House: El Cerrito California
This new custom home design was designed to be built adjacent to an existing traditional Tudor Style residence on the site. The design and siting of the new home considers the views, privacy, and open space of the adjacent house and the contiguous site. The architectural features of the new house were designed to relate to the existing companion house on the site as well.
