LIVE ACTION: Palo Alto California
This project is a 8,200 square foot tenant improvement for Live Action, a tech start up company in the heart of Silicon Valley, in Palo Alto, California. We worked very closely with the general contractor as the client was on a very tight time frame and tight budget for occupancy. We were able to achieve a permit over the counter once our documents were completed shortening the schedule by a month and a half.
The client wanted to convert the existing, typical looking, generic office space to one that was more visually interesting. He wanted the space to look like the many tall ceiling, loft like spaces one finds in the SOMA district in San Francisco where many tech start ups reside.
