Tiny House Restoration: El Cerrito California
Complete restoration of an existing 1 bedroom/1 bath cabin/cottage in the El Cerrito Hills. The entire house was remodeled inside and out. The main living spaces were opened to create a more spacious interior. The house was raised to capture a view of the Golden Gate Bridge and a new entry porch was added to the front entry. All of the exterior siding was removed and replaced. The interior was gutted and walls removed to create the main greatroom space. The house is to be used for the owner's consulting business but would still function very well as a residence in the future.
