Epic Arts is a grass roots community arts organization located in Berkeley, California. They purchased an existing site across from the Ashby Avenue BART Station in Berkeley. Originally we were retained to help them develop and design to remodel the existing collection of buildings on the site to accommodate their diverse set of program requirements. It was ultimately determined that the existing buildings were substandard for the new proposed uses and we went on to design an entirely new set of buildings for the organization.
