Warehouse/Office Remodel and Addition South San Francisco, California

SITUATION
The owner of the existing office/warehouse building wanted to expand the building on this already maxed out site. The City had very strict rules about providing the correct number of parking spaces per square foot of space. Also the building needed to brought up to the current accessibility codes, The owner need additional office space and also wanted a nicer entry into the office area which was to be separated from the warehouse.

ACTION
We are able to define an addition on the front of the building that enhanced the look of the existing structures and also provided a new entry into the office space. We found a way to place more parking on the site to make the added office areas feasible. The existing bathroom were upgraded to be accessible by current standards.
